Most of the people sleep with their phones right next to them, and the first they do after waking up is checking their phone. Instead of wasting our time on checking our email or posting a new status on social media, we should all spend that time on ourselves. Preparing eggs or any other healthy breakfast and squeezing some fresh juice will take maximum 15 minutes. The healthy breakfast will provide us with all the nutrients that our bodies need to work properly.
