Healthy and delicious combination which will make the start of your day awesome. Apple milkshake will wake you up better than coffee and will give you energy for the whole day. Cheers!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large apple
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • a bit of brown sugar
  • a bit of vanilla extract
  • a bit of walnut
  • a bit of cinnamon
  • a bit of whipped cream (for decoration)

Preparation:

  • Wash, peel and chop the apple into smaller pieces. Place the pieces of apple in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Then in the blender add cream, sugar to taste and a little bit of vanilla, walnut and cinnamon. Blend well all the ingredients, pour in individual glasses and serve. You can put a little whipped cream on the top, but this is optional.
