- 3 drops of essential oil of ginger
- 4 drops of essential oil of cinnamon
- 5 drops of essential oil of chamomile
- 3 drops of essential oil of peppermint
Mix these essential oils with 30 milliliters of jojoba oil. Massage the stomach with this mixture after every meal. This mixture of oils can also be used for inhalation during nausea.
