  • 1 cup of barley
  • olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 350 g mushrooms
  • sea salt, pepper
  • fresh parsley


Cook the barley. On heated oil, fry the onion and add the mushrooms, sea salt and pepper and fry for 10 minutes. Then add the cooked barley and parsley, stir well and serve.
