When we think of pizza, we always think of caloric and unhealthy food, but if you try using more vegetables as main ingredients, you will get an incredibly healthy and tasty pizza!
- Pizza dough
- 200 g mozzarella
- 500 g broccoli
- 200 g tomato purée
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Cut mozzarella into pieces. Separate broccoli into florets and cook it in salted water for 3-4 minutes, until is tender.
- Cut onions into quarters and add it to the bowl with mozzarella and broccoli. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- Cover one half of the dough with tomato purée, then place the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Fold the dough and press the edges with a fork. Sprinkle with a little cooking oil and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
