- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 170 g dark chocolate (over 60% cocoa)
- Fresh fruit
- In a bowl mix the milk with the sugar, add the cocoa and vanilla until ingredients are well combined. Add the chocolate and cook on steam until the chocolate is melted, which takes about 10 minutes.
