- A bunch of young nettles (depending on the desired quantity and density)
- 1 large onion
- 2 or 3 tablespoons corn flour
- 2 tablespoons ground red pepper powder
- 2 litters of water
- A little salt and pepper to taste
Carefully separate the nettle leaves from the stalks, and wash them. Put the onion in a bowl with hot oil. Fry it until you get a yellow color, then add the nettles, corn flour and season with salt, pepper and red pepper to taste. Slowly pour the water, stir a few minutes and let the next 20 minutes to boil. The soup can be served immediately.
