Nettle is a plant that has lots of health benefits and it is a real elixir for your blood. The taste of the soup is a bit unusual, but you’ll like it. So, if you want to improve your health, prepare this recipe and enjoy in the taste.


  • A bunch of young nettles (depending on the desired quantity and density)
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons ground red pepper powder
  • 2 litters of water
  • A little salt and pepper to taste


Carefully separate the nettle leaves from the stalks, and wash them. Put the onion in a bowl with hot oil. Fry it until you get a yellow color, then add the nettles, corn flour and season with salt, pepper and red pepper to taste. Slowly pour the water, stir a few minutes and let the next 20 minutes to boil. The soup can be served immediately.
