Heart attack is the most efficient killer nowadays is CVD or cardio vascular disease. Many patients don’t even know what are the symptoms that can manifest prior or during an attack. Furthermore, even the ones that does know, they tend to overlook them or leave them untreated which leads to even worse outcomes.

Dizziness and shortness of breath
If you are not suffering from asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease there are only few reasons left to why would you be breathless maybe one of the indication. Dizziness is also a symptom of heart attack or heart disease when it occurs with shortness of breath.
Heart attack can manifest with vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion or just feeling sick.
One of the most commonly known symptoms is chest pain. However chest pain not always can be a sign of a attack. It can happen for all sorts of reason such as muscle cramps, vitamin and mineral deficiency, pulmonary diseases etc. According to MDs chest pain associated with heart should be located under the breastbone or a little to the left of the center.

As with many other conditions, heart attack can radiate pain to other parts of our body. It can start at center of the chest and then radiate to the neck and jaw. Most of the patients have felt severe neck pain and pain in the jaw.
Anxiety can be a symptom of heart disease. If you are feeling anxiety followed with light-headedness and dizziness this can be read as a sign of a heart disease
As a precursor to a heart attack, the blood pressure drops very low which can make people look a pale and about to faint.
Rapid and irregular heart beat accompanied with shortness of breath, weakness and dizziness can be read as a sign of heart attack, arrhythmia or heart failure. If left untreated it can lead to catastrophic outcome.
Tiredness or weakness
Tiredness and/or weakness can be precursors to a heart attack. According to the British Heart Foundation women in particular have experienced tiredness and weakness before suffering a heart attack.
Most of the people who are about to suffer a heart attack tend to break out in cold sweat.
