In the 50-second video, Andreas reminded the importance of maintaining sleep health in order to increase endurance.
The video was uploaded to coincide with World Sleep Day and International Sleep Day.
As quoted by Health Liputan6.com on Saturday, March 14, 2020, Andreas said that the endurance of the human body only works optimally while sleeping. Therefore, it is important for anyone to pay attention to good sleep patterns and healthy.
According to him, many studies have proven it.
“One of the simplest is that there are two groups of people who are exposed to the influenza virus. The result is that enough sleep, the immune system is 20 times higher than the sleep deprivation,” he said.
