Healthy and delicious sandwich with very few calories. Recipe for a perfect start of the day.


  • 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
  • 2 egg whites
  • pinch of salt
  • 30 g smoked salmon
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • whole wheat toasted bread


  1. Heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion and fry until soft, about 1 minute. Add the egg white and salt. Constantly stir.
  2. Then put the egg whites, the salmon and the tomato on the toast and serve.
