Healthy and delicious sandwich with very few calories. Recipe for a perfect start of the day.
- 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 2 egg whites
- pinch of salt
- 30 g smoked salmon
- 1 slice of tomato
- whole wheat toasted bread
- Heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion and fry until soft, about 1 minute. Add the egg white and salt. Constantly stir.
- Then put the egg whites, the salmon and the tomato on the toast and serve.
