How to create your gardener’s spa?

Well, the solution is a trip to your own gardener’s spa created from your own tomato garden.

Tomato/Cucumber Toner

Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber cut up
  • ½ tomato cut up
  • ¼ cup of vodka

Instructions

Blend the ingredients together until the mixture becomes smooth. The mixture should be stored in a fridge and can stay stored for up to 10 days.

How to use

After washing your face, apply the mixture gently on your face and neck. Leave it on these areas for 5 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.

The mixture will tone the skin and remove any residue, dirt and impurities.

Tomato Mint Yeast Mask

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tablespoon fresh peppermint leaves
  • ½ tablespoon dried yeast
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

Bring the water to boil and place the tomato in the boiling water. Take it off the stove and let it cool off. Once the mixture cools down, peel the skin off the tomato. Scoop any seeds out of the tomato and crush them. Crush fresh peppermint leaves and add to tomato. Then add the dried yeast and lemon juice.

How to use

Apply it onto your face 3 times a week for 10 minutes.

This is great for oily skin.

Skin Lightening Tomato Facial

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tablespoon cucumber juice
  • ¾ tablespoon fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup oatmeal powder
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt

Instructions

Scoop out any seeds from the tomato and remove the skin. After that, mash the tomato and add cucumber juice, oatmeal powder, crushed mint leaves and yogurt. Mix the ingredients until it gets a paste form.

How to use

Apply the paste on your face, neck, shoulders, and hands.

Leave the mask on for 20 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.
